Best In Class Motiv8 Facilitator

Reporting To:

Summary:
Responsible for engaging with clients and assessing individual, team, organisational learning and development needs, so as to  align Motiv8 interventional solutions with high performance outcomes. Proactively addressing emergent client organisational development opportunities and instituting appropriate solutions and practices which support continuous improvement. Responsible for design, delivery and modification of the bespoke interventional programme to meet individual, team and organisational objectives in the areas of personal development, teambuilding and succession management. Confident to design and manage interventions for individuals at all levels, as requested and in partnership with Motiv8 colleagues. Manages Motiv8 programmes for personal advancement . Assumes responsibility for organisational development consulting for key clients across all segments of the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitates ongoing learning and development interventions, on a one to one basis, in teams and at Motiv8 events.

• Inspires clients to develop metrics which accurately reflect the impact of training and development on the achievement of personal and business objectives.

• Build long-term business relationships with key clients. Meet with clients on a regular basis to understand their business challenges with a view to assessing potential performance gaps and igniting potential solutions.

• Develop new and innovative methods to communicate with existing clients. Stimulate demand for new business and reach new target audiences.

• Provide ongoing organisational feedback in conjunction with other Motiv8 world class leaders, with the intention of positively influencing desired change.

• Provide quality training materials and facilitation notes as required.

• Participate in regular review meetings and task forces which address changing business needs.

• Offer support to Motiv8 leadership through OD consulting, program planning, delivery and coaching.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Business Techniques: Tools and concepts supporting re-engineering of core business process.

• Organisational Skills: Effective planning, organising and delivering of training and development activities.

• Communication: Coaching and feedback to participants as well as management team, facilitator skills, information gathering techniques, persuasive presentations skills, strong listening skills, articulate, strong writing skills.

• Teambuilding: Building and maintaining effective relationships that are focused on business goals with peers and clients.

• Group Process: Strong presentations skills, ability to orchestrate effective group interaction and team development.

• Influencing Skills: Able to form solid relationships with all levels in the organisation and to assist members of the organisation to think and act creatively and critically relative to business success.

• OD Theory and Methods: Knowing theory techniques and their appropriate use.

• Adult Learning: Knowing how adults acquire and use knowledge, skills, and attitudes; understanding individual differences in learning, e.g., instructional design.

• Competency Identification: Identifying the knowledge and skill requirements of jobs, tasks and roles.

• Computer Literacy: Understanding and/or using computer applications germane to the support of the training and OD function.

• Training Skills: Knowing the theories and methods used in designing, developing, delivering and measuring training; understanding their appropriate use.

• Minimum four to five years training experience within expanding, complex, service environment.

• Demonstrated application of consulting skills to lead OD interventions.

• Results orientation, with record of goal achievement, action plan and implementation success in moving business toward goals.

• Record of success building relationships in all levels of the organisation.

• Visible effective team skills and individual judgment, maturity, leadership.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customer base, operate computer, and travel by car and air, as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidates should possess a Masters degree in Organisation Behaviour / Training or other appropriate disciplines together with 5-7 years in the delivery of training programs in a multinational environment.

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and develop materials and manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, teams, clients, customers and the general public.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
This position may require international travel from time to time.
